For the last four months, we’ve lived, worked, and delivered inside Greatwall Gardens. We’ve cycled through the dust, the sun, the rain, and the endless flights of stairs. We’ve carried groceries, meals, parcels, school items, baby diapers, pharmacy essentials, and everything else our neighbors needed.
And through all that, something special happened:
Kibanda quietly became Greatwall’s biggest delivery and errands partner.
We didn’t have an app.
We didn’t have fancy branding.
We didn’t have big capital.
What we had was trust, commitment, and a deep love for this community.

After completing tens of thousands of orders, and now averaging thousands of deliveries every single week, we are finally ready to introduce the next chapter:

Before we officially launch the full version, we are starting with something extremely important:
🎯 The Greatwall Pilot Program
This pilot is our way of making sure the app is not just good —
but perfect for our community’s unique needs.
Here’s what the pilot means:
1. Limited Access for Greatwall Residents Only
The pilot will run inside:
- Greatwall Gardens 1
- Greatwall Gardens 2
- Greatwall Gardens 3
- Greatwall Gardens 4
- Nearby estates like Hillcrest, Sunset, Crystal Rivers, Wema, Lapfund, Graceland, Pinecity, Transview, Karibu Homes etc.
Only residents of these estates will be able to access the app during the pilot phase.
Why? Because we want to test deeply, adjust fast, and perfect locally before opening the doors wider.
2. Vendor Onboarding Continues
We have onboarded about 100 vendors so far in Greatwall, and we are seeking to double this figure. During the pilot, we are welcoming a select group of estate vendors:
- Mama mbogas
- Butcheries
- Shops
- Pharmacies
- Restaurants & home kitchens
- Beauty & cosmetics stores
- Baby shops
- Mini supermarkets
- Bakeries
- And other estate-based small businesses
Vendors will enjoy:
- Daily payments
- Access to thousands of ready customers
- Support with photos, pricing, setup, and packaging
This is the best time for vendors to join, because early adopters get the longest runway for visibility and growth.
3. New Modules Going Live in the Pilot
We are rolling out several new service categories customized for estate life:
- Groceries
- Pharmacy
- Kitchen (Meals & home cooks)
- Soko (Household)
- Rides (Driver + Boda within Greatwall)
- Parcels (10–45 min deliveries)
Every module has been tested manually for months.
The pilot now brings them to the app — clean, organized, and easy to use.
4. Real-Time Feedback from Real Residents
The pilot is not a marketing stunt.
It’s a community co-creation process.
We want your:

During this phase, residents become our co-designers.
